Just a few things before you get here:

Address - We are located at 1/7 Tuck Street, Moorabbin 3189 and 383 Bay Street. Port Melbourne 3207.

Consultation Appointments - Consultations take approximately 45 minutes. If you need to reschedule, please call, and we will look for a new date and time for you.

Treatment appointments - You will have been advised on how long your appointment should take - we have factored in time for photos, measurements and a toilet visit.

Parking - free parking options available

• Free 2-hour parking across the street from the clinic, in the surrounding streets or in the Woolworths Carpark nearby.

• Free 4-hour parking in Gwenda Street or Perry Avenue, about 3 3-minute walk from the clinic.

• If you need to move your car mid-treatment, you will be required to put your clothes on, which is a bit inconvenient and may take of your treatment time.

Train Station - We are about a 1-minute walk from the Moorabbin train station.

What to wear: For fat freezing, please wear:

• Comfortable clothes, like tracksuit pants and a t-shirt.

• A windcheater is also a good idea to keep your shoulders warm; however, we do have blankets if needed.

• A pair of socks will also keep your toes warm if sitting for a while.

Please eat and drink before you arrive - Eat a normal breakfast or lunch, depending on your appointment time. We have water, tea, coffee and a few snacks in the clinic for you. There are also a couple of cafes nearby should you want something more substantial.

Toilet - We encourage you to use our bathroom before your treatment starts, but you can go mid-treatment if necessary; however, it might be a little inconvenient for you.

Appointment time - Please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment so that we can complete the full treatment within the time allocated. If you are late, we may need to reduce your treatment time in order to service our next booking.

Alcohol Consumption pre Treatment - Alcohol may increase bruising from fat freezing treatments, so it is recommended to not consume any alcohol 24 hours prior to and after your treatment.
