EMS - ELECTRO-MAGNETIC STIMULATION

PRE TREATMENT CONSIDERATIONS

WHAT IS EMS?

EMS (Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation) uses high-intensity electromagnetic pulses to trigger thousands of deep muscle contractions in a single session, something that even the most intense workout can’t achieve. These contractions help strengthen, tone, and firm muscles while improving local circulation and metabolism.

Most clients can feel the results after one session however we do recommend ongoing training - it’s like the gym, continuous muscle strength training.

The benefit of our full body system (as pictured here) is that we can focus on arms, legs, buttocks, lower back and upper back in just one session.

PRECAUTIONS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

Prior to starting your EMS program, please read through the following contraindications and pre-cautions.

Relative Precautions

EMS may still be appropriate following assessment, medical clearance where required, and modification of treatment.

Use caution if you have suffered or are suffering from:

  • Controlled cardiovascular disease, Controlled hypertension. Diabetes with reduced sensation (peripheral neuropathy) Multiple sclerosis or other neurological disorders. Previous stroke.

  • Recent fractures (only after medical clearance and complete healing) Joint replacements. Metal implants within the treatment area (generally acceptable if well healed but assess individually).

EMS or FAT FREEZING ?

EMS and Fat Freezing are not a replacement or competitor to one another, and while both work wonders on their own, they work wonders in combination.

EMS will define your shape and increase muscle size, tone and build strength. This, in turn, increases metabolic demand on the body, which supports weight loss.

Fat freezing destroys the fat cells, providing a defined shape. Together, they create a balanced, healthy, and long-lasting transformation.

This combination not only improves your silhouette but also supports a healthier, more active metabolism, helping you maintain your results long-term.

EMS and Fat Freezing are the ideal combination.
