After years of conversations with busy women who felt disconnected from their bodies, from movement, and from any kindof stable daily rhythm — and who were tired of needing to be “motivated” again — one pattern became clear:
They didn’t need more information.
They needed consistency.
As a Bachelor of Nursing and author of Amazon Best Seller - Why Can’t I Lose Weight?, I’ve seen that behaviour change isn’t about willpower — it’s about rhythm, priority and connection.
We trialled this concept through 2024/2025 and are now entering a focused Beta phase to refine it properly.
My Temple Daily was created to provide all three.

Sessions are run live via a simple audio app. You’ll receive clear setup instructions before we begin, and we offer a short onboarding session to make sure everything works smoothly.

Six weeks is long enough to build consistency, feel physical shifts and genuinely become part of your Crew.
