  • Runs three mornings per week Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (with additional days offered in future)

  • Each session is 10 minutes, live and audio

  • Small Crews (so everyone is seen and heard)

  • Founding rate: $39 per month (locked while active), regular price $49

  • Initial 6-week commitment
